The business and affairs of the Bayshore Fire Rescue District are conducted and administered by a Board of five qualified electors residing within the District who are elected by the qualified electors residing within the District at the appropriate General Elections as to their respective terms.

Should a Board Commissioner resign or move from within the District’s boundaries, the remaining Board members appoint a qualified replacement who must run for re-election in the next general election following their appointment.
