Public input is encouraged and will be taken. If a person decides to appeal
any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at any
of the above referenced meetings, that person will need a record of the
proceedings and may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceeding
is made, which recording includes the testimony and evidence upon which the
appeal is to be based.
